Job Introduction
RPA Process Analyst
Salary £25,000 - 28,000 dependent on experience
Permanent
FT – 35 hours per week
Hybrid – Home and Hub (London or Kent)
Our RPA Process Analysts, play an important role in providing exceptional experiences every day to our valued customers.
As one of our Analysts you will drive efficiency within operations and support the identification and engineering of processes for automation.
This role will also include identification of business requirements, efficiencies and recommendations for operational areas not related to RPA but supporting the strategic objectives, in growing the business, increasing efficiencies, and delivering a truly exceptional customer journey.
You will have strong communication skills with an ability to adapt effectively to changing priorities and an in-depth knowledge of robotic process automation.
Main Responsibilities
As one of our RPA Process Analysts you will be accountable for the following areas;
- Understand robotics use cases and capabilities - be able to articulate these in simple terms where appropriate.
- Have a solid understanding of software available internally which can be used to automate business processes.
- Review business processes to identify waste and recommend solutions to improve the output.
- Work alongside the operation to create a process definition document when automating a process using RPA.
- During development, act as a point of contact for the developer ensuring any blockers are resolved in a timely fashion.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working as a Process Analyst and being familiar with robotics is essential. Having experience with UiPath would be of advantage.
